Coach and Mentor

About Me

I am Tracey Blackwell, a professionally qualified coach and a highly experienced leader and mentor. My coaching approach has been shaped by over 35 years of working with and leading a diverse range of teams within various local government services.
Throughout my career in local government, I have continually developed my leadership skills and supported those around me.

Continued Professional Development

My aspiration to become an effective Non-Executive Director with the NHS motivated me to further enhance my coaching expertise. To achieve this, I completed an ICF-accredited professional coaching diploma with Optimus Coach Academy. I am also a certified DISC Practitioner and a Member of the Association for Coaching.

I am committed to further development of my coaching knowledge and skills through professional body seminars, coaching group gatherings and personal research.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching approach is firmly rooted in the principles of neuroscience, positive psychology, and behavioural change techniques. These foundations enable me to support clients in achieving meaningful growth and sustained change.
